AI personalization for online shops
p001.ai rebuilds a shop's sorting, prices, vouchers and search around each individual visitor. Every model ships behind a feature flag and has to win an A/B test against the shop's own baseline before it reaches all traffic.

Ranking & personalization
Gradient-boosted ranking models and learning-to-rank that order products and offers for each visitor, trained on clickstream and order data.
Semantic & image search
Embedding search over text and images (pgvector, vision-language models), plus question answering over reviews with cited sources.
Real-time data pipelines
Streaming clickstream consumers (Kafka) that turn raw events into personalization signals and model features.
LLM products & agents
LLM features in production, AI code-review bots and agent orchestration for software teams.
ML in production
Python services on Kubernetes, tuned for latency and memory, with monitoring and drift detection, and experiments that measure real impact.
